In the Marketing department, our aim is to convince our customers of the benefits of our services. We involve our customers in attractive campaigns and offer them relevant incentives to actively use our range of offerings.

All our marketing measures and activities are designed to follow the PAYBACK principle: every interaction is a profitable experience for our customers. 

With each activity, we ask ourselves whether the offer and communication are relevant, simple, trustworthy and entertaining. We keep on fine-tuning our communication media and content until we can give a positive answer to this question.

Collecting points is fun. Our ‘pointees’ make this core brand message visible in entertaining ways – as a core element of our visual identity.

For partners – because they get to know the needs of their customers better through us and we provide support for all channels so that they can make offers to customers that are genuinely relevant.

For customers – because they get something without having to spend anything. Customers can collect points while shopping and redeem them for vouchers or rewards, or donate their collected points to help aid projects.

In Marketing, not only do we believe in the success of our activities, we can also measure it. Our extensive experience and competence in customer knowledge and multichannel communication is very useful here.
