The appealing mix of businesses and attractive services and products in all areas of everyday life guarantees our prominent position and our success. We have recently established strong partnerships with major companies including Deutsche Telekom, REWE and Thalia, plus numerous online partners.

Key Account Management & Sales at PAYBACK

We are the first point of contact for the requests and concerns of PAYBACK partners and we make sure that they are successful with us. From the acquisition of new partners to successful integration into the programme, we provide advice and support to our partners. Our Partner Managers convey partners’ requests to the company and are also the voice of the PAYBACK organisation in communication with partners. We maintain a close and trusting relationship with our partners and coordinate all activities with the relevant teams in the company such as Marketing, Product Management and IT, or external providers.

We also work together with our partners on the strategic development of the programme.

 

How Key Account Management & Sales contributes to the company’s success

We synchronise the requirements of partner companies with the opportunities offered by the PAYBACK programme. By doing so, we enable PAYBACK partners to make optimum use of our multichannel marketing services. We produce joint marketing plans to achieve our partners’ sales targets, which in turn assures the success of the PAYBACK programme. We impress our customers on a regular basis with our measurable performance, not least with our targeted and tailored approach to 29 million customers.

The success of our partners is always our top priority. Our partners are as varied as the activities they carry out. Our main tasks are developing and advising our partners in the long term. We jointly produce suitable marketing plans and only ‘sell’ when we ourselves are confident of measurable success.
