Relevance is when the right customer receives the right offer at the right time via the right channel. Our Customer Insights team makes sure of this with intelligent analyses and the creation of probable scenarios, or predictions.    

Customer Insights at PAYBACK

Insights is the central point of contact for all analytical matters and data management issues at PAYBACK. This includes generating and delivering customer-relevant key figures and information to various departments and designing, advising and implementing the selection of campaigns, as well as various topics relating to data analytics.


How the Customer Insights team contributes to the company’s success

We supply key metrics across the company and develop the central analytical data platform. For example, this means we support our colleagues in Marketing prior to campaign planning by providing forecast scenarios and then again in the follow-up phase, when we analyse the success of the measures used.
