Bernhard Brugger has been a member of the management team at PAYBACK since the year 2000 and has played a key role in shaping the development of the programme. He began his career at the company as manager in charge of Online and Mobile before taking on responsibility for the Products and Services and Partner Management departments. He has been in charge of all PAYBACK sales operations and a member of the management board since 2005. He was appointed CEO in 2008. Prior to joining PAYBACK GmbH, Bernhard Brugger worked at Gianni Versace and Philips GmbH, where he was Key Account Manager for Media-Saturn Holding.

Dominik Dommick
Managing Director Marketing and Digital

PAYBACK is positioning itself as a multichannel marketing platform via all channels and in new countries, too. This is creating new and significant challenges for the structure, the team and the communication. Dommick drives forward the advancement of PAYBACK by focussing on multichannel marketing, digitisation and global communication. As his previous job as Managing Director of Paypal, Dominik Dommick developed end customer business for the DACH countries and established Paypal as the most secure online payment channel in the German-speaking region. Prior to that, Dominik Dommick was Head of International eMarketing Nivea at Beiersdorf AG.

Kai Klippel
Managing Director New Markets

Kai Klippel started his career at the company and has been with Loyalty Partner since completing his studies at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and spending time in France and the U.S. Among his other achievements, he has been responsible for establishing the PAYBACK shop and introducing the PAYBACK Visa card, now one of the most successful credit cards in Germany. He was latterly in charge of Corporate Development.

Conrad Pozsgai
Managing Director Technology and Insights

Conrad Pozsgai started his career at Consultant at Ernst & Young and as Business Development Manager at an E-Commerce Start-up. Before he became a board member of PAYBACK in Poland, he spent six years working for PAYBACK in Germany. His career saw him progress from Online Account Manager to Product Development Manager before becoming Head of PAYBACK Operations. After ten years at PAYBACK, Conrad Pozsgai switched to emnos in March 2011 and came back to PAYBACK in June 2012. As COO, he is responsible for product development.
